Fore part of the MOL COMFORT on fire
The fore part of the MOL COMFORT caught fire on July 6th 2013 making the salvage operation a nightmare for the salvage company. This will no doubt increase the salvage contributions of the remaining unaffected containers on the fore part of the MOL COMFORT if the fire can be controlled timely which no doubt will be a very difficult rescue operation at high seas.
